Full diagnostics
Computer-assisted fault finding across motor, controller, BMS and wiring. We pinpoint the exact fault before touching a bolt, so you never pay for guesswork.
Battery service & rebuilds
Cell-level voltage balancing, capacity testing, BMS diagnostics and full pack rebuilds. We restore range and, more importantly, keep the pack safe.
Brakes & suspension
Pad and rotor replacement, hydraulic bleeds, fork and shock servicing, and a full geometry setup dialled to your weight and riding style.
Controller tuning & firmware
Sport/eco mapping, throttle response tuning and the latest firmware flashed and verified on the bench — not in a car park.
Custom builds & upgrades
Motor, controller and battery upgrades, aftermarket parts fitting and complete one-off builds assembled and torqued to spec.
Drivetrain & wheels
Chain, sprocket and belt service, wheel truing, bearing replacement and tyre swaps for road, trail or track.

The battery is the most expensive and safety-critical part of your Sur-Ron. A weak or unbalanced pack costs you range today and can become dangerous tomorrow. Our battery service goes deeper than a quick charge test.

How long does a service take? ＋
Most standard services are completed within 2–4 working days once the bike is with us. Battery rebuilds and custom work take longer — we always give you a timeline before we start.
Do you only work on Sur-Ron bikes? ＋
Sur-Ron is our specialty and where we do our best work. We also service most comparable electric off-road bikes — message us with your model and we’ll tell you straight away.
Will servicing void my warranty? ＋
No. Our work uses genuine or approved parts and is documented. If your bike is under our warranty, servicing with us keeps it intact.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs? ＋
Yes — all workshop labour carries a 12-month guarantee, and parts carry their manufacturer warranty. Keep your job reference for any claim.
Can you collect my bike? ＋
Yes. We arrange pickup and delivery across the US & UK. Cost depends on your location and is confirmed in your quote.
